Thank you for shopping at Mosley Motors. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
For your convenience, we make an effort to include shipping in the price displayed. This is not possible with some items (usually large or heavy items) due to the large variation in shipping charges to different destinations. In this instance, we will note this on the item description. For these items, shipping will be invoiced separately. Items will not be shipped until the total amount has been received. If you have any questions, or would like a quote prior to ordering, please contact us.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please contact us prior to shipping arrangements, as some products may be sent back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Items produced and stocked by Mosley Motors, and returned in new & unused condition, may be returned with no restocking fee. Items drop shipped by the manufacturer will be subject to that manufacturer's return policy. Custom products will be evaluated on a case by case basis. It is our aim to make purchases and returns as painless as possible. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to ordering.
